At Loveland, Colorado's NoCo Primary care, we work for you, not an insurance company. We don't bill insurance, and we do recommend you have insurance coverage for significant illness. Check these options for catastrophic coverage.

Enrollment

Once you complete the enrollment, we will send you a secure invite to our messaging app, and contact you about setting up your first appointment. If you are interested in pairing with a Health Share Option for bigger health care needs, contact us. Let us know if you have any questions.

$80/month:    Age 27 and up   ($70/mo for second adult)
$50/month:    Age 18-26
$40/month:    Age 0-17 (with enrolled adult) 
$210/month:   Family of 4 ($20 each additional child under 18)
  *New memberships have a one-time $50/person ($100/family max) enrollment fee, plus pro-rated first month's fee

Direct Primary Care (DPC)

  • Unlimited visits, with no co-pays or office visit charges
